Each year we have a wide variety of local volunteers working at the Centre.  Some are full time, some come in once a week to help with or to run a specific activity, some volunteer for a few months as part of their studies, and some just come and help when they can.

As South Africans we have so many opportunities so close to home where we can make such simple but such real differences for those less fortunate.

Instead of getting lost in all the negative news headlines or leaving it for someone else, you can be a powerful force for positive change in our troubled land!

“If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if you spend yourselves on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday."

- Isaiah 58 vs 9-10
