Covid-19 pandemic sets in and lockdown implemented

Operationally - All group programmes are closed and the UOC goes into "maintenance-mode" supporting high-risk families with basic needs

Series of meetings are held . . .

A new organisational structure is formulated and a few individuals are approached to form a new executive board/steering committee

A new programme structure is formulated to accommodate operational changes that are expected post lockdown and to place families (instead of activities) at the centre of our work.

The "old" Management Committee formally nominates 5 individuals for specific positions on the new Executive Board

The next meeting is scheduled for 30 July 2020 to formalise the new board
